Room Preparation


It is the customer's responsibility to remove all furniture prior to fitter's arrival.
Existing floor covering can be removed by us but at an additional cost.


Kitchen Appliances


It is the customer's responsibility to disconnect and take out all appliances i.e. cooker, washing machines, dishwasher etc and reconnect them.


Pipes and Cables


Brighton Carpet Centre and their fitter cannot be held responsible for damage to pipes or cables which are hidden from view, unless notified beforehand. Whilst every effort is made to be as careful as possible we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to pipes or cables.


Natural Flooring


Sisal, Coir, Seagrass and Jute are natural products and are made with imperfections such as knots, pattern alignment and slight shade variations.


The Order


A 30% Handling charge will be applied to any orders changed or cancelled after the goods are in our possession.


Re Delivery / Fitting Times


All delivery/fitting dates are an estimation, we will do our best to ensure that they are adhered to. No claims for consequential loss will be considered in respect of missed dates.


Payment Terms


Terms of payment are 50% deposit and balance on completion day to be paid to the fitter.
