Covid 19

Please read the following information and follow the guidance when we are visiting you. It has never been more important for us to work together to keep our distance.
Due to the social distancing guidance, we’ve had to change how we operate slightly:
• We will contact you 24 hours prior to the appointed visit to ask whether you are self-isolating or suffering symptoms of Covid-19 and we will also contact you again on the day of the visit to confirm that things have not changed overnight.
• Prior to our visit we would ask you to open the doors to the rooms we are measuring, this is so that we can reduce the surfaces we have to touch whilst in your home, again for our mutual protection.
• During the visit we will respect Government 2 metre social distancing guidelines from the moment we knock on your front door. We will also wear a facemask and gloves, again for our mutual protection.
• Only one person should accompany us around the house whilst we take measurements for our quotation. We politely request that anyone else in the property should remain in another room for the duration of our visit. This isn’t us being rude, but we need your help to maintain social distancing
• We will no longer issue paper quotations, invoices & letters, instead we will now be sending this via email or text. Paperwork will only be sent to those without email facilities.

• We kindly ask that you pay over the phone, BACS/ bank transfer, card payments if possible. We would prefer not to take payment by cash or cheque at the current time but please let us know if you are not able to pay with the above options
• Whilst we love the tea and biscuits you usually offer, sadly we will be declining them for now.
